Bold claim hooks for fitness videos

A bold claim in fitness has to survive a comment section that trains harder than you do. Each of these is written so the next ten seconds can defend it with something you actually did.

  1. You do not need 5 days a week. 2 sessions done for 2 years beats everything else.

Why it works. Denies the category's default and replaces it with a longer horizon, which is the argument that actually holds up.

  2. Soreness is not progress. My best 6 months were the least sore I have ever been.

Why it works. Claim then personal evidence, in that order, which is the only order that survives an argumentative audience.

  3. The best programme is the 1 you can do in a bad week, not a good one.

Why it works. A definition the viewer has never heard and immediately recognises as true about their own history.

  4. Walking is training. 7,000 steps changed more for me than 3 years of gym cards.

Why it works. Two words, then the receipt. The gym cards detail is what stops it sounding like an excuse.

  5. Most people are not undertrained. They are under-slept by about 90 minutes a night.

Why it works. Moves the problem out of the gym entirely, which is surprising enough to hold a fitness audience.

  6. A 20 minute session you do is worth more than the 60 minute one you skip 4 times.

Why it works. Both halves are quantified, so the comparison reads as arithmetic rather than encouragement.

  7. You will not out-train a 3am bedtime, and no supplement has ever argued otherwise.

Why it works. The second clause pre-empts the objection the comments were already typing.

  8. Your form was fine. Your warm-up was 2 minutes short, and that is the whole injury.

Why it works. Absolves the viewer of the thing they fear and blames something trivially fixable, which is a very strong pull.

  9. Nobody has ever quit because the workout was too easy. I have quit 11 times for the opposite.

Why it works. A universal claim backed by a personal count. The count is what stops it being a slogan.

  10. Progress is boring: the same 3 lifts, 2 days a week, for 18 months.

Why it works. Promises tedium instead of transformation, which is unusual enough in this feed to stop a thumb.
